- Clean out and sort your email inbox regularly
- Organize your computer files
- Keep your planner/ calendar up to date
- Meditate (even if it’s only for 5 minutes!)
- Keep track of your finances & spending habits
- Clean out your fridge before grocery shopping
- Plan your meals for the week
- Clean your desk/ workspace
- Listen to a motivating podcast instead of mindless scrolling
- Periodically update your resume & LinkedIn
- Clean out your closet every season
- Review your subscriptions and cancel the ones you don’t use
- Sleep enough!!!
- Keep up with your morning/ night routines
- Keep a list of important dates and deadlines so they don’t sneak up on you
- Know when to say no
- Make your bed in the morning
- Lay out your outfit the night before
- Make a To Do List every single night (for the next day)
- Get outside every day even if it is only for a few minutes!
