Plan Each Day the Night Before
This is such a game changer! Plan your next day every single night. This allows you to wake up knowing exactly what you need to do, and allows you to be productive from the get go.
Focus on Your Top 3 Priorities Daily
No one can do it all, there are only a certain amount of hours in a day. So instead of setting yourself up to fail, prioritize your TOP 3 most important tasks to work on each day.
Have 3 Mini-Goals Each Day
The little things shouldn’t go unnoticed! Have 3 small goals to set for yourself every day in order to feel more accomplished and confident about your productivity.
Plan Your Meals
I know that at least for me, when I’m busy I either forget to eat or eat a ton of junk food. But I’ve found that by planning out meal ideas, I avoid this bad habit!
Track Your Water Intake
Tracking how much water you’re drinking is also so key. It can be so easy to get dehydrated when you aren’t keeping track, so I have a designated space on my planning sheet for this!
